Hired to replace a roof damaged by hurricane Sandy. I was so impressed with their service, professionalism and price, I have used Phase 4 for every home improvement project since. Those projects include: Basement drop ceiling, painting, window replacement, power washing, etc.
Phase 4 is my home improvement company!

Because of hurricane Sandy and the age of our home, we needed to replace the entire roof and make other repairs. Phase 4 was professional and we received an estimate within 2 days. While not the absolutely lowest price, the price did include fixing things we didn't realize were broken (like shutters), and they were great to work with it. Post job, there was a small issue with a skylight, but again- they came out quickly, explained what had happened, and fixed it the very next day. They weren't pushy, and either answered our calls or called us back the same day. I would highly recommend their work, and the roof looks fantastic, and yes, with no leaks!
