I have been going here for a little while. I have always been more than pleased with every service that I have had! I have gotten countless complements on my hair! I always feel great when I leave! The owner and employees has always gone out of their way to be kind and helpful. I can't imagine how anyone would not be pleased with this salon. They go out of their way to make their customers happy.

This salon was a big disappointment - the new stylists don't know what they are doing and after spending 3 and a half hours in the salon I came out looking worse than when I went in. The owner is very rude and knows nothing about customer service and would not give me my money back - do not go here - it is not worth your time nor money. Salons in Chagrin falls are a dime a dozen - choose another one
