My favorite place in the world! I've been an Arra girl for more than 10 years- wouldn't go anywhere else. Everywhere I go, people ask me "who does your cut?" And my color is absolutely perfect :) I've recommended ALL of my friends, and they are all Arra customers as well. Everyone in the salon listens, accommodates, and makes you feel like you're the only customer in the room. I'm never pressured to buy product, but often I do because I trust what Jack says. I also love the Up Front boutique, where I can grab something cute while I'm there--everything is unique and special. I'm an Arra girl FOR SURE <3

THEY MADE GREAT MISTAKE WITH ME AND JUST DISMISSED IT!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER GO AGAIN!

Came back to Chagrin Falls after living out of the area and as a result I had a Welcome Wagon coupon. I mentioned the coupon when making the appointment. When I got to the salon, the receptionist indicated that the coupon was only good for a junior stylist. (Worried Now) I made another trip back for when a junior stylist was available. I waited a LONG time and then the service took a while. So many VAPID people all in one place, ugh! $75.00 later even with the stupid coupon (no mention of what the costs would be beforehand), I emerged looking better but much the worse for wear. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Arrogant management! Don't care about customers. Stink!
