I found a place to bring my pup for boarding and grooming! It was a recommendation by my local vet. I was surprised they sent me there when the vet also boards, but they said I can get everything I need here. I love the indoor outdoor runs and it is conveniently right off 202 BUT on this little area full of trees and grass. I was happy just knowing my dog wouldn't be cooped up in a little cage but will be running with other dogs in camp! I also got some cute pictures of my pet when I was on vacation, sent right to my e-mail!!! I also get a bath before my pet goes home and the good thing is I don't have to pay for boarding that day just the bath!!! I always am happy and I love the report cards. Thank you best friends for the love you give my Daisy!

I have used this kennel for close to 10 years. I trust the staff with my dog and it is very obvious that they are all animal lovers. I occasionally use the Willow Grove location when they are booked (which is also nice). I like the indoor outdoor style of this kennel, so that she can go in and out at her own leisure. I always sign her up for playtimes to make sure that she is getting a ton of one on one attention. This kennel is tucked away under a canopy of trees which i just find very relaxing, and i believe that my dog likes it too. I have never had a problem here, and would reccomend it to anyone. And if you are not sure, take a tour- thats what i did, and i was hooked.

Do not use this kennel it was just a nightmare. My dog has stayed in numerous kennels in more than one state (we have moved a lot) and she has never been sick in the 6 years we have had her, that is until she stayed here. The minute I saw her I knew she had lost weight, of course the kennel said she was fine and had been eating ok. I got her in the car and she immidiately threw up, we had to pull over so she could go to the bathroom but it was so painful for her we called the kennel and asked where their vet was. We took her over (this was after driving for 12 hours AND our 7 month old daughter was in the car) and she had lost 6 pounds (in 5 days!) and had a high fever. We had to give her 2 different medications twice a day for 2 weeks. Our poor dog wouldn't eat for almost 2 weeks and was just miserable. We have since boarded her at a different kennel and she had a great time and was happy and healthy when we picked her up (also a 5 day stay). Please please please do not take your dog here, its a depressing place. We thought since it was a Best Friends it would be good (we used one in MD that was great) but I guess they don't check up on their kennels...wow what a nightmare.
