Awful. I have gone here for a couple of years, but lately things have gone just awful. I had 2 pairs of pants hemmed and she charged me $16. OK I understand that. But the hem was only half way done. I took in 2 suits (2 pairs of pants and 2 jackets) to give her one more shot, she argued with me about taking in the jackets and when I was about to leave she said fine she would do it. I went to pick them up and she charged me $60. So 1 week it's $8 per pair of pants and $22 per jacket. That is absolutely ridiculous. I have a feeling that she charged me extra just for arguing. I will NEVER go here again.
