Excellent experience buying a bed and side tables. The folks in the showroom answered our endless questions and moved stuff around for us to help us visual different pairings. The furniture we selected was ready on time. The delivery people were quick, polite, and helpful. When the bed turned out not to fit our mattresses (which was totally our fault), Stuart David quickly customized the bed to fit our needs. The furniture itself is beautiful -- solid, well made. The whole idea of the store is terrific: well made solid-wood furniture in classic styles for reasonable prices. We'll definitely be shopping here again.

I ordered a wood table March 27, 2010 and July 19, 2010 I do not have the table that I ordered. The order was to take 6 weeks. On June 1 the incorrect table was delivered and that table had no base, I was suppose to use this table until mine arrived. Since the table had no base and would not fit in my kitchen the delivery person did not leave the table. If you are not in a hurry for an item order from Stuart's but waiting 17 weeks and counting is much too long to me.
