Very disappointed. Had an Interstate battery under warrant and wanted to buy a new one at prorated price (three years left on the warranty). Manager wouldn't look at it. Said he could only honor the warranty if I had bought the battery from him. Because I wasn't in his "system" he didn't know how old the battery was (it was CLEARLY labeled just like all other Interstate batteries I've bought), then said he didn't how much to prorate the battery (Interstate prorates their batteries the same no matter who sells them), and essentially said I had to go back to the place I bought the battery When I try to understand his logic for not honoring the warranty he finally went for the "it's our policy" answer. I don't plan to return and will do what little I can to convenience my neighbors and people who read Internet review not to go there either.
