NEVER EVER using this jewler ever again!! Unfriendly, not helpful, and a bunch of shady people!! I'd rather pay half a tank in gas and go to an actual city where it's competitive, people are educated, and professional in the jewelery business!! I already had a bad feeling about this place and gave them the benefit of the doubt. First they said it would be hard to size my engagement ring because it was platinum then after I got it back a diamond fell out not even 3 months later. Went back to put in another diamond and asked why it fell out so soon they said because of the way the diamonds were shaped on the side..I need to come back every 3 months to get the diamonds tightened, okay??..In the beginning you told me 6 months! Then the diamond they put in there looks like a fake with just a bunch of glue added to it..I SOO wish I went somewhere else! I don't know if I'll ever get this ring back to how it was=( And this is suppose to be your ring that lasts you a lifetime!!? GO ELSE WHERE!
