I just talked with a lady there (did not get her name) and she was very rude on the phone. She was very unpleasant to talk to and was not very clear on her explanation. I have been a good customer of Les Schwab and very surprised on the way I was treated by your employee. Hopefully you will train her on how to treat a customer. I would rate her at zero.
