As a customer who has spent over $1000 @ this establishment it really sucks to have them sell you a product that is not a daily use item, that does not work properly and have them tell you it has been over a month therefore they will not help you with the issues you are having with said item. The manager wanted to direct me to the manufacturer over and over, treat me as if the problem was my fault and/or nothing they could deal with. When its obvious they simply did not want to help me. A great reason to deal with the other pawn brokers in the valley. Southern Oregon Pawn and Valley Pawn are 2 of which I know would simply have the issue fixed or return the item. I hope this assist others in not getting burned.

This is the worst business in Central Point. I had been a customer in there for years and all of a sudden they started treating my family like trash. I've spent a lot of money and sent many people there. I'll be taking my friends and family's business away with me. Their "policies" are ridiculous. From week to week they seem to change. And the manager is the worst. He's so extremely rude. And when my friend said something about it he told us he didn't need our business. Very disappointed. I try hard to support local family owned business but this is one place I will never go back to.
