When a fire broke out at my rental house on Ivy Street in Medford, the fire department called Belfor Properts Restorations to come and board the house up. Why they called Belfor, I have no idea. I am an absentee owner living in Vancouver, WA.



I called my insurance company to set up a claim and they asked who I wanted to rebuild the house. I checked around and heard that Belfor had a good reputation so I chose them to do the restoration.



A young man named Adam Baker was assigned to me as my go- to person. Adam was very good at his job and between him and State Farm, I got more that I bargained for. State Farm paid me for lost rent and adam did the rest, restoring my 1940's era house into a home that looks brand new on the inside and out. Everything was brought up to code and spot on.



Adam was polite and professional, a good communicator, and made sure that I got everything thing that I wanted and needed. He was very easy to work with.



This was a classic example of turning lemons into lemonade.
