Seems no one actually works on the property itself. It appears you have to leave messages on an answer machine to make an appointment. For a storage facility. When I first rented there over a year ago, the girl was availably from 11:am to 1 or 2:pm.. Now she's no longer there at all?

I rental varoius spaces off and on over several years while working out my divorce. Prior mangement was wonderful to me, couldn't ask for more. Moved a family member's stuff into another unit a few months ago, no problems with current management either. Rates are better than most places. I highly recommend.

Unlike the 2 reviews before me, I have had no bad experience with this facility. I am a current renter and had acquired my unit before the current management was in place. I have had no negative experience with either the present or past management. Yes, I have had to pay a late charge on a couple of occasions, but that was because I was more than 5 days past the due date, entirely my fault. I have also checked my unit periodically and have found no leakage or damage to my possessions. The management has always been courteous and polite and act in a professional manner in all my dealing with them.

They were always overcharging me. It was ridiculous. I had to call several times to get it fixed and they were always rude. I think the new owners are worse than the old ones. I feel sorry for the person who posted before me. I can't imagine paying all that money and have nothing to show for it but destroyed property. What a waste. I guess affordable self storage is not so affordable after all.

I don't recommend renting here. They're billing department is a mess. Every month for a year and a half I got incorrect billing statements and even had to print out copies of cleared checks to prove I paid them on time and they did cash it. Finally, when I moved my belongings out, an expensive piece of furniture had been destroyed due to a leak in the ceiling. The owner told me it was my problem and would not reimburse me at all. This place was a huge disappointment. Next time I will gladly pay more money to avoid them.

I used them for almost two years, unfortunately. Every single month for the first year and a half I received late notices for payments when I had paid them on time. Every month I had to print a copy of the cleared check to prove I had paid them and they did cash it. Finally that got resolved. Then, when I moved my belongings out, an expensive piece of furniture had been destroyed due to a leak in the ceiling. Not only was I treated like a liar but the actual owner got on the phone to tell me it wasn't his problem and then hung up on me. I regret ever using them.
