I’d give these crooks zero stars if possible. We paid for a service for my grandma through a promotion. They did the job — I wasn’t impressed, but oh well, or so I thought. It turns out they signed my grandma up for a 6 month program. They call her up and ask if she’d like her carpet cleaned. She answers yes. We had no clue until my dad looks through her checking account. She’s paid for 3 services, and her carpets look awful. My aunt calls and explains my grandma’s situation to the manager. He seems sympathetic, cancels the next cleaning and takes her off their calling list. A week later they call her, clean the carpets, and take her money

So professional and an excellent job. I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. Don't pay attention to most bad reviews. Usually the only people who spend the time to write long reviews, are the people who are not happy with anything. The owner of this company will work with anyone who is not happy. They always deliver and work hard at customer service if someone is not happy.

Most unprofessional people! I scheduled to have my air ducts cleaned. As the guy was hanging up I heard him yell "I got one!" Then I needed to reschedule so I called and called for two days and either got a busy signal, kept ringing, or someone picked up and hung up on me. They showed up at my house for the appointment. I'm not home... My phone rings...."Hello" Mrs. Simmons, where are you? We are at your house!" I explain that I tried to reschedule. "Well where are you? Why aren't you here? The guy on the phone was beligerent with me. I said "That's it! Cancel anything I had and remove my number from your records" The guy said "What a joke" and hung up on me. Yeah! I want these jokers in my home cleaning my carpet and air ducts. Jerks!

I have to say that I could not believe how bad of a situation I had with them. Their crew man came to the home, did a walk through with me to find out what needed to be done. I explained the situation in the rooms that needed a little more attention. Showed him stains and place that stood out. He told me it would be a couple of hours. I came back and the landlord's sister met me there. He was not done at the time so she told me she would lock up. I then received a call from the landlord the next day and he told me they could not believe how horrible of a job the cleaning was. He said that there is no way a professional cleaner come and did this. I had to go back out that following weekend and fix the issue. I had no idea what I ran into. It looked like the cleaning guy just ran his cleaner over it with no soap or anything. All the rooms I requested were so bad. I still had furniture marks on the floor. Right there should tell you the job was not done right. They told me that they would come in, scrub the floors, clean the spots and vacuum. Not one room was vacuumed and half the rooms still had furniture marks. I have been trying to get this fix and they are not willing to do anything. I found out that their employee was brand new and only been with the company for a week. This just added to my situation. I highly recommend never to use this company. They are not willing to do anything or even for on second think that they could have done this. I had proof, pictures, witnesses, etc and they still told me there was nothing they could do. Please don't subject yourself to this company because they will rip you off in the end.

This carpet service was great! They know their stuff and they were on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
