Very knowledgeable, thorough, and precise.--I felt very confident in his surgical ability and my outcomes even prior to surgery from talking to him at pre-op consult.
The doctor and pre-op/surgical staff made it a very easy and smooth experience. Post-op pain was much much less than I had anticipated.

I had a breast reduction 12/2017 with Dr. Rigano with minimal down time, zero complications and better results than I could've imagined. Dr. Rigano has world class bedside mannerisms and second to none expertise in performing breast reduction with progressive techniques. I found Dr. Rigano transparent, setting realistic expectations from my first visit. In fact, he under promised and over delivered by presenting all possible outcomes. I am immediately free of pain and eternally grateful!!

From my first meeting with Dr. Rigano, I knew he was the one I trusted to do my surgery. He was very approachable and personable. He spent enough time with me to explain everything, what to expect and answer all my questions. I'm two weeks post-op and I'm recovering very well. He did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with my decision and that I picked him for my care. I would recommend Dr. Rigano to anyone looking for a great and talented plastic surgeon.

I had filler injections by Dr Rigano and the result was dismal. Lumps/bumps in all areas of injections I notified his office and was contacted directly by the doctor who began to blame other doctors who had injected fillers 6 months ago. What?? I was shocked --I sent numerous pictures depicting the terrible result from his work -"call my office and they will provide options at no cost - I had to see him again before options provided -what??? No refund or options. Caution is the answer to what?

Rigano has made me feel very comfortable from the first time I met him. He was my first choice, and my only when choosing to go ahead with my surgery. Surgery, recovery time, healing all have been fantastic and much different than expected!...in a good way!

I was so impressed with the Dr and his staff and the overall experience. I was so taken by the care and understanding and overt professionalism of the experience. I would say that this is one of the best Dr experience I have had in my 50 plus years on this planet.

Dr. Rigano is very good and his job and he is truly cares about his patients well being.

Dr. Rigano did great work on my breast. He is a little intimidating at times and could work on his personal skills, but his expertise in the field makes up for it. Genuine doctor who want the best results for his patients.

Doctor explained everything and did just what he said. He made it a pleasant experience. Wish more women knew how great a surgery he is.

Dr. Rigano was amazing from start to finish! I had a breast augmentation done with Dr. Rigano. He was the first surgeon that I met with, and ended up being the only surgeon I met with. He exceeded all my expectations at the first consultation. He explained everything in depth and didn't let me leave until all my questions were answered. I am so happy with my results, and would recommend Dr. Rigano to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Rigano and his staff were amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all questions we had. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. After my reduction I had very little pain and instant relief from the back and neck pain i dealt with for 10+ years. Best decision I made was to have the reduction done by Dr. Rigano!

Dr. Rigano, has great bedside manner and I felt very comfortable with him performing the surgery. I was very nervous but he put me at ease. I am very happy with my Breast Augmentation outcome. The follow up appointments were very helpful in answering my questions. I would highly recommend him!

I chose Dr. Rigano because of some friends of friends who said they had a great experience AND when I had my initial consultation, I just got the "this is the right doctor" vibe. He was caring, and listened to me, and overall provided me excellent care. I trusted my gut and am so thankful I chose him as my surgeon. I am so happy with my results and smoothly my recovery went. I had to contact him over the weekend once with a concern, and he was very responsive to me and eased my mind.

Dr. Rigano was very informative pre-op, as well as post-op. My recovery was good, and instructions for home care were clear.

Amazing overall experience. I was scared to death before the procedure and immediately out of surgery, I could tell a difference. The pain was minimal and I couldn't believe it. I was listened to throughout the previsits and immediately before surgery and after. My concerns were answered and the outcome was more/better than I could of ever imagined. I don't know why I waited so long to have this done. Many thanks to Dr. Rigano and all of his staff for your compassion, honesty and care.

Dr. Rigano was very informative and forthcoming with information. He's very friendly, detailed oriented and has a great bed side manner. He's extremely thorough and would recommend him to others needing a reduction.
