I can't so enough about how happy I am. Dr. Rigano and staff have been wonderful. I have a lot of neck and back problems and I feel so much better. Overall GREAT experience!!!!

After visiting a few well-known plastic surgeons in the area for a breast augmentation consultation, I was hands-down most impressed with Dr. Rigano. He spent nearly an hour with me during the consultation, I felt open to ask as many questions as needed, and everything was explained to me thoroughly.

The day of the surgery came and went and everything went exactly as Dr. Rigano said it would. I had minimal discomfort in the days following the surgery, but nothing major, as to be expected.

Dr. Rigano, the surgical staff and nurses were all very kind and caring throughout the surgery procedure. This meant a lot to me as a patient. Everything was thoroughly explained to me prior to my surgery so I knew exactly what to expect. Post-op visits went equally as well. I also appreciated all the help from his office staff who helped with insurance questions and insurance approvals that were needed. I highly recommend Dr. Rigano and his staff for the type of surgeries he does.

Dr. Rigano was amazing throughout my whole experience. From consult, to surgery, to follow up appointments he was wonderful. He takes the time to explain all aspects of the procedure, will answer any/all questions, and definitely makes you feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, and really goes above the call of duty to make sure you are confident with your procedure.

Overall the experience was fantastic. Results were exactly as explained, with no surprises. The use of a pain block made recovery extremely quick and with relatively low pain and down time.

I would highly (and have) recommended Dr. Rigano for breast reduction procedures. The care I received from him and his staff was amazing, as have been the results of my surgery.

Dr. Rigano explains the procedure thoroughly and is attentive to your needs and wants. He will submit for insurance coverage. Pain - what pain? With this major surgery, I only needed Ibuprofen and Tylenol. 2-3 weeks recovery before returning to work. Wonderful experience and phenomenal life changing procedure.

Dr. Rigano made my surgery comfortable and far less pain than I expected. He is a wonderful listener and my health was most important. Thank You!

Best Experience! I came in very nervous for what I was having done and not know exactly all the details. Dr. Rigano walked me through everything and explained all the choices. Explained why I would want certain things and I would want the other things. He never once pressured me into getting the surgery sooner than I did. I went to see him in December 2017 and I didn't make my decision until April 2018.

Rigano and his team were absolutely wonderful! I am very pleased with my results. He did a beautiful job and has always made me feel comfortable along this journey. I have no complaints or concerns anywhere. Great surgeon and great staff here!

My husband and I both really liked Dr. Rigano. I came in for a lift and augmentation. After first consultation, he determined I would just need an augmentation to get the results I wanted (fuller larger breasts). He was honest throughout the process and never tried to lead me in one direction. The day of the surgery I was really nervous and him and the staff made me feel comfortable. I am now 5 week post-op and they are even better than I could have imagined!

I can not begin to tell you how Dr. Rigano and his team have changed my life for the better. It started with his phenomenal staff and only got better when I met this outstanding Dr. in person. He explained every aspect of the procedure and he is asked questions of me. He was honest and forthcoming. When I walked out of my first consultation I scheduled right then and there and it was the best decision of my life! Dr. Rigano has changed my life in the most positive way possible...confidence!

After 3 babies took their toll, Dr. Rigano did a BEAUTIFUL job getting my breasts back to pre-baby status. Actually, I am certain they look better than they ever have! He was incredibly thoughtful, patient focused, highly knowledgeable, and his whole staff was SUPER sweet! I have recommended him to several women and will continue to do so!

The before and after pictures on his website, as well as a referral from a neighbor who was happy with her similar procedure encouraged me to come in for a consultation. The staff is efficient, no wait time (all appointments have me in and out), and knowledgeable. Dr. Rigano's explanation of how the procedure would work and what to expect after has been 100% accurate and I'm BEYOND pleased with my results. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rigano!!!!

Presurgery meetings: Dr Rigano listened to my wants and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision.
Post surgery: This is when Dr Rigano gave me the information to recuperate quickly and well. Each visit he listened to my concerns and helped me stay on track with easy massage techniques to speed healing.

Five stars all around. Dr Rigano is great and I cannot speak more highly of him. Recover was easy, thank goodness! I'm extremely happy with my results so far (2 weeks out).
