We have hired Tim Acton Landscaping for three separate spaces. I fancy myself as a landscape designer (I am in the insurance business) and presented Tim with my designs. Each time, Tim made suggestions, recommendations and cautionary statements- very detailed, specific and sensible. As a result, I value his collaboration very much. His flexibility is valued as well. We visited many garden centers on the South Shore and the Cape and with each visit, I made changes to the plants I tagged for him to pick up. He kept up with the many changes and the deliveries were on the button. He will spend time on any question. He gave me a terrific explanation and demo about pruning an espaliered apple tree. Probably the most important part of his service is the execution of plans by his crew. I consider them more craftsmen than landscape contractors. It is a bonus that they are a delight to have around around our home.
