My first encounter with AES was positive. I have used them to install a new HVAC system in my home and would gladly recommend them to my friends. AES was nothing but professional. I first spoke with the Manager in their office and he explained everything to me and was very helpful. The installers came to my house and did a great job. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would definitely recommend them. If you are looking to get an work done in your home or business shop around but in the end the Staff at AES is awesome! Their service and installation quotes are right on par or better than what is out there!

Before I get to my actual review of AES, I'd like to say that YP needs to give reviewers the chance to give zero stars. One star gives the impression that at least something was acceptable about the experience with a vendor.



All I can say is that I cannot understand how anyone gave this company a positive review. Before I even called AES, I took a look at their website. I have never seen a worse use of webspace in my life. It is little more than pictures and words on a single page. But I called anyway, based on the positive reviews. I am not sure why they list the particular number they do on YP (631-513-4276), instead of the number listed on their website (631-588-8172), but I called the one listed on YP. The man that answered gave a name of Henry, but the first thing he said to me was, "How did you get this number?", in a rude tone. I told him it was from YP and that I'd like an estimate on a furnace & A/C install on my house. He then asked me to hold on, since I suppose he was on a job. Someone needs to teach Henry to use the "mute" button on the phone, because while holding he is talking to a few guys and every other word was a curse. I'm no boy scout, but I know enough that you don't curse in front of customers, or would be customers. I should have hung up the phone, but I figured I'd give him a chance to redeem himself. Long story short, I explain the configuration of my house and he rattles off a price of about $6000. This is all well and good, but any idiot can give a number, but without seeing the actual house, the number is meaningless. So I have to actually ask if he is going to do an on-site inspection of the premises. He says, "Oh yeah, we can do that." So we set up for him to come at 1:00PM on Monday. And would you believe after all that Henry didn't even bother to show. Though it was probably for the better. So i guess one star is alright, cause not showing up was the only positive experience from this whole debacle.

Last summer I had my central air system installed and I couldn't be more happier! AES did a great job helping me pick out what system would suit my home the best. They are professional and they got my system in very quick! I defintiely recommend AES if you are currently in the market to upgrade your home.

We have small children and the heat completely stopped working, so I needed someone here ASAP. All Environmental Solutions was at my house in less than 24 hours, which I really appreciated. I liked the overall professionalism displayed both over the phone and in person. I didn’t get the “warm fuzzy” from the other company. They did a good job of fixing our system in a timely manor and the rates were fine. I will use them again if needs be.

We called with an emergency and they actually came out the same day!!! Great customer’s service!!!

He fixed the problem for less money than I expected and showed up on time for the appointment. Very professional. I definitely recommend.

They did a great job for us. Everyone was nice and seemed to know what they were doing. The price wasn't bad and there were no surprises.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. Our air conditioning went out, so I contacted several HVAC companies. All Environmental Solutions are based locally and were the only ones that would come out the same day. The guy I spoke to on the phone and the service tech that arrived were both extremely helpful and professional. Our a/c system was really old and a major component failed and couldn’t be repaired, so we needed a new system installed. The service tech walked me through my options and explained everything very thoroughly. We had several options to choose from, but ultimately decided to go with a Geo Thermal System. They honored the coupon I found online and the installation went smoothly. They even followed up with me after the installed just to check in. I HIGHLY recommend this company to fellow homeowners in Suffolk County.
