Do NOT Rent from these people. They are absolutely horrible! They lie about simple things, they never answer their business phone. It's been a week since I told them that the A/C at my house no longer worked - I did this on their "emergency" number - the number that I had to text (SO unprofessional). They promptly responded the next day after 10:00 am. 80 degree weather and no A/C and it doesn't look like they'll fix it anytime soon. HORRIBLE! Oh, but don't let them assume that they might get their rent payment late - They don't waste ANY time contacting you about that!
