I walked into this place because my check tire light came on and spoke with Andrew. I asked Andrew if they fixed tires and he said yes. I asked him if he could check my tire and he said yes and asked for my keys. A male then took my car into the shop area to check it. I waited about 15 minutes and I see my car back out front and Andrew calls me to the front desk and tells me he fixed it and it would cost me $20. He didn’t ask me if I wanted to pay $20 to fix it, he didn’t even ask me if I wanted him to fix it, he just did it. I tried to dispute the price with him because no one charges $20 to repair a tire. He responded by telling me he would give me back my $20 but he would have to put a hole in my tire. He then gave me a plug from a tire and said this is what you ran over. He lied to me and took advantage of me because I was a woman there alone. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!

Professional Service, Great Work, & Competitively Priced. The owner (Mac) has impressed me as being a man of integrity. The Service Manager (Andrew) has also impressed me as being a man of integrity as well. The technicians are all very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I have three used cars, and all three of them I get serviced at Mac's Auto. As a matter of fact, before I bought my last two used vehicles, I had the seller meet me at Mac's Auto, where I paid for a very reasonable diagnostic check ($50 or so), and pending the outcome of the diagnostic, I would purchase the vehicle (which I did). The team at Mac's have given every vehicle I've brought to them, the complete run through …and believe me it makes a difference. I trust these guys because they've been square with me, and they do good work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs on their vehicles.

For the purpose of setting my tires I too my car here and the main mechanic took the job and handled it so cutely. And the job was done very quickly and they charged me very simple as that was very reasonable. I am a new fan of this shop as they handled all the job that was for me very perfectly and honestly and with efficient.

Yes, they're cheap. Are they much different from other auto shops in terms of repair? Not really. If you ever watch people in auto shops, you'll know that they play around with the parts until they learn it. They're not car specialists, but they are tire specialists. If you have tire problems, go here. If you need your car repaired, go to any auto shop. Unless of course you care about your car a lot, then you would go to maybe the dealer or people who specialize in your brand of car.

Excellent customer service! A miscommunication over the phone led to a bit of confusion over the quote, but Mac and Wes were very understanding and worked out something for me. Am very glad to know that these guys are out there to REALLY help people out. Mac seemed very genuine about helping me out and understood my troubles, he truly took care of me and my car. Their service was extremely fast too. They put two guys to change my front and rear brake pads and finished them in less than 15 minutes! It probably would have taken me at least an hour or two! Highly recommend Mac's!

I love this place! I'm a girl and know nothing about cars. I look for decent prices, great customer service, and honesty. These guys were really nice/helpful and thorough in their explanation. I was super pleased and thankful that they were able to help. I left 100% satisfied and plan to return again and again.

My experience at Mac's service center was amazing, they are very professional and honest, it's hard to trust shops now a days but the service i received was top notch and the best part is that there prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have been taking my Cadillac to Mac's Auto since they opened a few years ago. It's difficult to find a great mechanic that you can trust. Not only do I trust them, but their prices are great. Moreover, they are friendly, efficient and their customer service is excellent. I can't say enough great things about Mac's Auto.

They are literally the best. Super courteous & happy. Obviously very knowledgeable. As a first time customer, they patched my tire for free! And it was a quick service! I know I'll be back in the future for anything my car needs. And just so you know, they take ANY vehicle and fix everything -- dents, tires, you name it. Such a great find!

Went in to get a tire fixed walked out with a smile, new friends, a fixed tire and a new automotive repair shop to take my truck -- all within 30 minutes!!

Best service I've ever had ever. In a nutshell, Mac's Auto is cheap, they do quality work, and they get the work done fast. My boyfriend goes to them for literally everything because he trusts them with his car, and the service is so friendly it's hard not to go back. I mean it sucks going to Kragen or Big O Tire or even dealerships because the people there just suck! I feel like auto chains have fat smelly weirdos who do, do quality work but I mean why would you want THAT in your car? The dealerships are the same thing, except they've got the slick back type of people trying to overcharge you for the crest on your car. I feel like Mac's is a place you can trust with people who don't overcharge you or are snooty about the car you drive. They do great work and I highly recommend going to them for anything you need.

I HAVE TAKEN MY MINI VAN TO MAC'S AUTO NOW FOR 2.5 YEARS, IT IS WAY OUT OF MY WAY, TAKES ME 30MIN TO GET THERE; BUT EVERY TIME IS WORTH IT EVEN FOR AN OIL CHANGE , I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED LESS THAN THE BEST PRICING AND THE BEST WORK FOR MY VAN.... NICK GOES OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY WHEN TAKING CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS .. HE EXPLAINS WHAT IS WRONG AND HAS NEVER MADE ME FEEL " LIKE A GIRL" WHEN IT COMES TO TALKING CAR TALK... STATEING THAT THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR AUTO REPAIR AND GENERAL MAINTANCE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I HIGHLY RECOMEND THAT YOU STOP IN FOR A VISIT AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT.

People need to realize that car shops are competitively priced and will try to please their customers, but to have a good work done on your car you will need to pay a good price and sometimes the price may not be as low as you expect, but this shop tries to meet your price expectations. And in my case, what would have cost me over one thousand dollars at Bell Tire, cost me less than half at this place and it wasn't shotty work.
