I’m mid November, I joined this gym solely for their childcare services. I spent the first two weeks of my membership tying get my infant a spot in the childcare center but it was always full (they were only taking 4 babies at a time). This obviously isn’t working and they can’t accommodate my child like the salesman said they could. I sent an email to the sales team and it took ten days for them to respond just to tell me they were not able to refund the astronomical joining fees.The sales manager kept telling me she was doing me a favor by not charging for December’s fees. How kind of her?! The fact is that it took 17 days from initially reaching out about their childcare problems and trying to cancel my membership before their was a resolution, which was not satisfactory. They did not refund the joining fees even though I never stepped foot in the gym or used the childcare services. What a huge waste of my hard earned money. I am so disappointed with this company and absolutely do not recommend. They were not family friendly for us and the customer service was frustrating and disrespectful.
