Provided by YPmobileThere's no doubt this is one of the most high end gyms in the area, and their facilities will make you go all googly-eyed in anticipation of working out...
HOWEVER, if you read the previous reviews on Yelp, they are correct when they share how unprofessional their staff is and their low end customer service. They are truly profit driven and you are not a person, you're a number ($77/per month to be exact).
It is evident their employees do not communicate with one another as no one ever knows what's going on. They do not follow their activities calendar and never have the volleyball net set up for open gym times. You have to ask for it because they're too lazy to do it otherwise.
Their communication is not only limited to their staff, that also goes towards it's members. They closed the gym down for a whole week to redo the floors and didn't send out an email or anything letting the members know what was going on. During this time, they were also updating the floors upstairs in the lifting area which really limited your workout as a member. And of course, your monthly membership fee stayed the same even though many of the facilities were unavailable.
They charged me a cancellation fee plus one month to take my husband off my membership.
Overall, this place is a huge disappointment. I currently train an athlete at their facility and when my time is up, I will NOT be renewing my membership or giving any more money to this corporate organization.
