Chuck is the man...with the plan!



I needed a repair, fast. Damage to an element of our interior woodwork had occurred and that area had become a safety issue, just two days before our holiday party.



I spoke with Chuck and he was a pleasure to collaborate with via telephone. I expressed the status of the damage and sent over some photos and we spoke again, same day, after his analysis. Chuck explained the techniques and processes he would use to resolve the situation.
