Hospice Care of the Rockies nurses, CNAs, social worker and chaplain were so kind and compassionate as we faced my fathers end of life. They were readily available and would come to our home right away when we called for help. I am so thankful for Hospice Care of the Rockies; they made a very difficult time much easier and kept my dad comfortable throughout his health decline.
