WOW! I can't tell you how much I appreciated this confirmation e-mail and photo! The last time I tried to order flowers I wen't through FTD because I thought they would be a safe and cheap choice. They delivered my flowers a daylate and I had to call them three times on the correct date to try to figure out where they were. Each time I called they said they couldn't get a hold of the florist they had used and that I would have to call back after 5PM to get any details. The details never came...Thank you so much for your wonderful service! Your prices were just what I was looking for and I really how prompt you handled the delivery.

I ordered a white rose corsage for prom, when picked up the flowers were brown and wilting and the added greenery was some pitiful looking buds that looked like they had been picked from the curb. When I tried to tell the cashier that I did not think that the corsage was very good, I had looked at many corsages from other area stores (king soopers, costco) and this was not comparable she told me I was rude and that all white roses brown as soon as they are in the air. I asked her name because she was so rude to me that I wanted to let he manager of the store know, she would not give me her name. Fortunately I was able to get a beautiful looking corsage right down the street at King Soopers, next time I will avoid this place and go straight to KS! I dont recommend going here unless you like being treated rudely and paying for brown, wilting flowers!

Mary, the owner, is fab. No Question about it. If you are smart enough to use her once you will be sold for life. Her personal and creative touch is both heartwarming and talented. Ask her to put your special dates in her calendar. It takes the worry out of remembering to get something special off to that someone special on time.

I have used this shop for the last 5 years, for everything from funerals, to birthdays, and a wedding for my granddaughter. The service, quality of flowers and personal care is outstanding. They are very creative with their designs, and strive for excellence. It is a small family owned shop, and they put their hearts into their work. I highly recommend them for any floral, plant and gift needs you have.
