I am now on my third rental car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car from the Englewood location - all three different contracts of up to a month at a time. When I picked up and returned the first two cars over the summer, I was promptly greeted by a customer service representative and was in and out of the office in no time. When I went to pick up a rental car for this month, I was surprised to find they were allowing me to keep the car I'd had for August. I had reserved an economy car and had been upgraded. Being allowed the upgrade for the second month was such a welcome gesture on the part of Enterprise. Thank you, CM.
