Not impressed. Make sure you do your homework and don't be afraid to walk. I was offered a 4.5% interest rate on my loan. After laughing at it...I was told that was the best I could do. Well, I got 2.9% using my bank. They would not take a trade-in nor budge on the price. But I wanted the car. Turns out the battery was bad...after they told me they did a 100 point inspection.

I would actually give 0 stars if I were given the choice. Craig and the body shop have had my car going on a month now. I have received one update from them the first week and since have only gotten status updates from either calling or my insurance rep calling. I've inquired numerous times on getting a loaner car because I am almost 9 months pregnant and need access to transportation. I do not feel as though I should have to get a rental for a month because Neuman can't get the job done. Craig (in the body shop) repeatedly says he will call me back about receiving a loaner and then fails to deliver...fails to even call. I am new to Cedarburg and will NEVER be back here for service of any kind!!! Stay Away!!

I would not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from Newman Chevrolet. They are only interested in making a sale and not keeping long term or return customers. The customer service was awful, and after I bought the vehicle and needed assistance they no longer wanted to work with me. I have bought many vehicles and have never dealt with more impolite service and treated more disrespectfully than at Newman Chevrolet. Please learn from my mistake that a large dealership like Newman Chevrolet does not necessarily make a trustworthy one.

I purchased my car from Newman Chevrolet and that was the worst experience ever. They made everything so difficult and then tried to refuse sending me the title for the vehicle. Would have never returned but was forced to by GM because the certified used vehicle they sold me had after market modifications which almost made me lose my warranty. I did not even make it home from the dealership before check engine light came on. Then when being serviced my vehicle was smoked in by their staff leading me to find ciggaret ash all over the inside of my vehicle. Then the dealership removed GM programing with out my permision which i will now have to pay to have replaced. When I discussed my concerns to them they were very rude and made no attempt to work with me and solve my problems. Sales and service are both TERRIBLE. Will never return to this dealership and suggest that no others deal with them.

My wife and I put a deposit down on a vehicle and tried to secure financing through our credit union. The credit union approved us but wanted too much money down. We were not able to do the deal with Newman Chevrolet so they refused to give us our deposit back. We were told "Sue us for the deposit back." This came directly from the owner Chad Curran. The Business Manager and the Finance Manager were both told to tell us this. We will be suing them and I will never do business with crooks like this. I wouldnt let my worst enemy do business with this dealership.

Thru the years we have purchased many cars from Newman and were always pleased with the way we were treated.The service staff is exceptional - wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I bought a 2009 Chevy Tahoe (hybrid) from Newman....wow, what a vehicle and what a dealership. From picking out the vehicle, setting up financing, dealing with the service department and even the office staff...I am treated very respectfully!

I look forward to a long relationship with Newman and their employees.

I have been taking my vehicles to Newman Chevrolet since 1991. I have never received less than outstanding service from the entire Newman team. The work performed is done when they say it will be done, and more importantly to me, it is done correct. I have never had to take a vehicle in for the same problem twice. I also very much appreciate the way the service team explains things in simple terms without making me feel stupid. They explain the problem then present me with my options.

The guys there have been nothing but professional. The work gets done in a timely manner the first time. I trust these guys--- that is why I drive 70 miles for big ticket work (thankfully not needed often).

I've purchased three cars from Newman Chevrolet and I use only their service department. They are professional, friendly and very fair.

Fair service at dealership prices. When paying the higher price I would expect outstanding service.
