Took my jacket in a specifically asked for a metal zipper to be placed. what I ended up with was an 18.00 new pull and still a broken zipper.

When I brought my down comforter in to be washed, I wasn't expecting anything, as it was only my second time getting it cleaned. When I returned to pick it up, they charged me $35 for it. Everything seemed normal. I got home and laid it on my bed. There seemed to be holes in my comforter like they stuck needles in it. I didn't think much of it because that looked like the place where the stain was and some pinpricks were much better than a stain. Anyways about a week later I started noticing bites all over my legs in a circular pattern so I take a closer look at my comforter. They returned it to me INFESTED WITH SPIDERS. I immediately got an exterminator in for my whole room. After this, I brought my comforter to a different dry cleaners and told them my situation. Right before I left, the lady working called me back and said "This isn't a down blanket." and I retorted "yes it is." She goes "no it's not, look at the tag." and it's a polyester and cotton blanket. So not only did "best cleaners" give me back the wrong blanket, they also charged me for a down blanket and included spiders in the price! When I went in the lady refused to give me my money back and would not tell me anything about what happened. Worst costumer service experience I have ever had.

This is the worst, most dishonest cleaner I have ever encountered. They recently damaged two of my suits and returned a shirt with a dirt mark. They offered no help and blamed me for the damage. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS
