Last night was the first time I've been to this location since it was the "Sand Trap". Thought I'd give it a shot. The parking lot was absolutely packed so I thought it was a good sign. Got inside and it wasn't really that busy. Saw multiple tables of various sizes open on the main level and upper level, but still had to wait about 8-10 minutes to be seated. Was finally seated and maitre d' apologized saying that they've been rushing to clear tables...I observed none of this and of 5-6 empty tables upstairs outside, only ours was cleared. 5-6 minutes later our waitress finally arrived to take our drink orders. About 8 minutes later she came back with them and zipped back off without taking the meal order. Then she came back about 5 minutes later to take order. Sat around for about 25 minutes waiting for food to arrive while observing the cooks constantly entering/exiting the kitchen outside to take smoke breaks. One particular cook exited the building every 5 minutes to take personal phone calls. Food finally arrived and was actually okay, although nothing to tell friends about. Server never asked how food was or asked if we wanted another beer. Requested check and transaction was completed quickly. Won't go there again.
