This place has been sold and purchased by an amazing and attentive NEW owner. He has revamped everything from the play structures adding new equipment and taking out gross stuff like the ball pit, to seating, and even a FAR better menu. Pizza is actually REALLY good! Might want to bring a good book and or your computer to do some work if your littles are old enough to play alone and some noise canceling headphones as the kids have an absolute blast and can get pretty loud. But, that is to be expected. I not only give the New Play Station 5 stars, I recommend it to everybody!!!

The Playstation is horrible. I had a birthday party there today that we made a reservation for a month ago with a non refundable deposit. When we got there 15 mins early, like the website says we can do to set up, our reserved area was not available because there was a party there that was an hour over their reserved time. The people working there told us it would be a minute so they could clear the area and set up. As the time passed, we kept asking several workers what the situation was and nobody could get us an answer. Finally, 5 mins after the time our reserved party time was suppose to start, they let us into our area. Five minutes may not seem like a big deal, but it is to a 4 year and her friends as well as it is time we paid for. I spoke to a manager, Maddie, who I believe is not qualified for the position, and she kept saying there was nothing they could do and made it seem like it was our problem and not theirs. She had no clue what customer service is and wouldn't budge when I told her that I believed we should be compensated for our lost time. Ironically when our reserved time was over, they promptly kicked us out of the area.
