The dogs are not well supervised. The staff is rude. The facility is not clean. Our dog was bitten by another dog on a Friday and we were not notified until the following Monday when we asked if anything happened. This resulted in an ER vet visit costing over $300.



This is the cheapest facility in town but the above reasons are why. It's not worth it!



Upon taking our dog to another daycare, we found our dog was eating other dogs' feces. Never once we were notified of this by positive paws where he has spent every day Monday thru Saturday playing. What we did have was a sick dog with many GI issues and we didn't know why. Hundreds of dollars of vet bills and prescription dog food later. Plus a sick, sick puppy.



We have become well educated in the pet daycare business in town. There are 3 or more on both sides of town that are FAR BETTER than Positive Paws.



Under no circumstances will we ever take our pet there again.
