DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS from the floral department. They did not fill the order with the correct flowers for a funeral. Just used cheap fillers and when we complained they said they ran out of those flowers and it looked good enough. Manager Kyle said "beauty was in the eye of the beholder," and that it was fine. Arrangement paid for by 5 people, when they FINALLY said they'd refund some money, they gave one Hy-Vee giftcard and said we'd have to work it out. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Food was good quality but most of it was cold. It took two hours for "off the menu" ordering for Sunday breakfast. We had to ask for everything - jelly, toast, and catsup. Would not recommend. Price off the menu was expensive for what you get. They didn't seem that busy with a lot of empty tables. Apparently a kitchen problem along with a very inattentive server. I think they want you to purchase the buffet for $18 per person - no thank you!! Hy-Vee stay with what you had for meals and stay out of the restaurant sit-down formal dining.
