I took my miniature, long-haired Dachshund puppy in recently for his first grooming and Gwen's Grooming did a great job! The staff are all very friendly and the services provided are reasonably priced with great results! He came out looking great; I'll be taking him in to Gwen's for his next one!

I brought my older dog here and he hates to be groomed. Each time at Gwens he has had a good cut and has made it through and they've done a great job with him. Alyssa is excellent with dogs!

I have a pampered black labradoodle and I'm very particular about her grooming. We've had some horrible experiences until we found Gwen! Gracie loves going to see Gwen and looks fabulous when she has finished her spa day. Her pigtails are perfect and she has cute ribbons or scarfs! Gwen really loves what she does and it shows in her grooming. She has pictures of her 'guests' and take home treat bags. She also uses quality products. I can't imagine taking my baby anywhere else!

This is in reference to the page long complaint..I am more than sure this salon is super clean. That was just a hateful thing to write. Based on your phony complaints, you waited too long to get your dog groomed, and the salon was simply undoing months of neglect. What don't you get off your lazy duff and brush your dog so they don't have to correct the mess you created. If you had done any research at all you would have known the price of a lifetime of grooming for your dog. What, should they groom your dog for $10.00? Why don't you try to groom the dog yourself ? Then you would understand the situation. You idiot.

My Yorkie is 12 years old and has been going to groomers all her life. She has always been shaky when I picked her up and would hide for a day upon retuning home. But about a year ago I found Gwen and was so surprised at the amount of time and attention she gives to all the animals in her care. Her staff were all trained by her and they have the same loving manner. Needless to say my dog now has a whole new attitude when I pick her up. Thank you all at Gwen's !

Amazing service every time we go in. Gwen and her groomers are always professional and helpful. Our dog had difficulties with other groomers, she always looked all chopped up. Gwen and her staff have a lifetime customer.

They did a beyond awful job grooming my dog. We took her in twice and the first time was just for a puppy trim and we absolutely loved how we were treated and how most importantly our favorite little pup was treating. Second time we took her in for the full cut and it was the worst experience of my life. I have just recently moved to the area and had not heard any bad reviews about this groomer nor I had heard any good reviews and I figured I would test it out since Pet Smart claimed they gave our dog a wash and just sprayed smelly junk on her to smell better. Anyways, the second time we go in we ask to have our dog ready to go by 2:00 p.m. after dropping her off at 9:00 A.M. we were trying to leave town by 2:15 at the latest and we get a call at 1:45 saying our dog isn't behaving. First and foremost, we made an appointment at 9:00 A.M. for a reason. Our dog is never kenneled up and she was kenneled and let out at 1:30 to go potty after being locked up all day. Of course she isn't going to behave. You try locking yourself up for 4 and a half hours and then tell me you want someone locking you down to a table to get groomed to look pretty. Needless to say we picked her up at 3:00 instead of 2 and she had been shaved when we asked for them to just remove a half of an inch of her. Instead they removed over 2 inches of fur from her and there were clipper marks all throughout her body. I was so frustrated with them I have been telling all my dog lovers not to ever even consider dropping their dog off here for service. If anything- you will regret paying the ungodly unreasonable price for this service if you decide to take your dog here. They are overbooked and understaffed it seems like and they have a filthy facility.



Never will we return and that's a fact! Good luck to anyone who tries to move forward with Gwen.

We took our Pug to Michelle and she did a WONDERFUL job. Toots felt like silk when we picked her up. You could tell she loved the treatment she received, she was a very happy dog! I would highly recommend Michelle!

I took my pomeranian there and she did the cutest little lion cut on him. He looked Ans smelled so good. It was fast and reasonable!

I took my poodle in to see Gwen and her girls, and let me just tell you....they did such a fantastic job! Anybody that is very particular about how their dog is groomed and has high quality standards needs to go see these girls! They did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be back!

Gwen did a fabulous job on our 13 year -old Chocolate/Aussie Mix dog Coco. Her coat was matted and she had so much undercoat. Gwen shaved her and Coco looks great! This was done in early summer and we will do it again next summer!

I absolutely LOVED these Gals. They were very nice to me on the phone and they called my Vet in Marion to check on all the vaccines for my Yorkshire Terrier about five minutes after I got off the phone from making my appointment with them. They got my baby boy in early before I had to go to work and then on my lunch break I picked him up. They even gave him "boy" blue bows and a huge treat. I had to break it up of course but the point was that I loved it. I had such a terrible experience elsewhere and decided to give these girls a try. I will Always Recommend these girls to anyone who cares about their dog and needs someone to trust in order to take care of them the right way. I tipped both those girls very well!

I started taking my cocker spaniel to Gwen as soon as she opened her grooming business on Center Point Rd NE. I had a recommendation from Park Town Veterinary Hospital (Dr. Greg & Dr. Jill) to take my dog to Gwen. I am so happy to be with Gwen on a regular basis with my dog. My dog, Scarlett can be a handful at times but Gwen and her co-workers seem to have the "right touch" when dealing with her. Scarlett comes home looking beautiful and smelling fantastic. I highly recommend Gwen's business to anyone who truly loves their pets.
