Extremely uncompassionate office. After 3 supposed no call no shows the office let me go. Lets review how this happened.

First an email was sent to my hacked email to schedule an appointment which was done. Who knows if they even have a verifying system like -I'm not a robot. Second my job involves me working with disabled adults, at a drop of a hat I'm can be on call. I did NOT give 24 hours. Because I was not given that...but I did give 2 and asked if I could please reschedule. That was 2nd no call no show ( I called right?) Third absolutely my fault. My Dr put me on medical leave from exhaustion and I over slept. That one I deserved. After thousands of dollars to this office and my WHOLE FAMILY goes there, and my dentist has been the only dentist I've trusted my adult life. I'm now in pain, have been ill from it and can not find another dentist. I wonder how I would have been treated if my parents were in a wreck and I didn't call. No compassion.Hope no one there deals/emergency
