Thank you Shawn for all your help. You made me realize there's more to insurance than just price and for this we decided to join State Farm and Doug Valentine's Agency. Not only did he listen to what I wanted, he heard what I was trying to say. He cared and ended our meeting asking me to call my current company and make the suggested changes to my policies even if we choose not to go with State Farm.
