I am very disappointed with the cleaning authority. The manager and owner systematically signed me up for very minimal services by making statements like: we will not pick up leaves from under plants, we will not clean under things or move things around... We don't clean the stove or cupbords, will not sweep the garage or sunroom.. You will not see the "wow" factor.. etc. And once the cleaning teams started rolling in, I realized how little they were doing. I could not negotiate any logical services with the team or management. There were all kinds of penalties for a late cancellation ( less than one week prior to next clean), lock out ( more than 10 minutes... etc). Employees seemed to be mistreated, and so were clients. Pricing is shady.. Arrival times of the team were approximate, and cleaning duration was not consistent. Rescheduling was inflexible. I had a bad experience over about 6 months.
