I had the guy come to look at my washer he said that the lady in the office will call us later in the week the lady never called for them to come back to fix our washer I call them 2 to 3 times a day all we get is the answer machine. Between 1-3 pm. If it wasn't under warranty. I would go somewhere else. I just got the washer in February this year.

Worst service ever. The man who came to the house was rude and disrespectful. He did not come for the original appointment and when he did arrive his behavior was appalling. Do not use them.

If you wish to do business with this company, avoid working with the lady who runs the office. Her lack of respect and overall demeanor lacks anything to be desired. She will call you, only minutes before your appt . window is over, to inform you of the tech being late and will make every excuse under the sun to back it up. Also, she likes to hang up on clients. Find someone else.

At least they answered the phone when you called, and showed up for your service!!! I had an appointment scheduled through a Home Store because of a warranty on an appliance. I called three time to confirm my service and no one ever answered the phone. I sat around and waited all afternoon for someone to show up, but I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that no one ever came. You would think they would want to keep that kind of relationship with a big store like that. Guess they don't care! In my opinion, if you are looking for someone to fix your appliance, I would NOT recommend these guys.

The service I received from Bragdon Appliance was extremely disappointing. From the first time they came out to fix my washer to the time it was actually fixed took over 5 weeks. After the first call, they ordered the wrong parts, so when they came out for the second call, they had to leave and re-order them. They didn't bother to expedite parts to make up for their mistake, instead letting them take the usual week to arrive. When they came out for the third time, the technician broke a part while putting the washer back together. He said he would have the part overnighted and be back the next day to put it in. Instead, they never ordered the part, and I had to convince Bragdon's three days later that they need to overnight the part and fix their mistake. After they finally finished the repair, the technician refused to clean up after himself. He left all of the broken parts and packing materials laying in my basement, and when I called the Bragdon office to complain, I was told that it is not their policy to clean up when they are done.



Overall, the communication from Bragdon's was extremely poor. They don't return calls or follow up when they say they will. They made several mistakes throughout the process and never once apologized or attempted to make up for them. I could not have been more disappointed with the service they provided me, and would recommend finding anyone else for your appliance repair needs.
