I ordered the new brisket sandwich with no onions and received onions. I had one sad little piece of meat for the brisket. Certainly not representative of the pictures. The sandwich had been sitting on the warmer a little too long. Really disappointed overall.

I love ARBY's. I look forward to the new summer menu. However, I have an issue with your On Line coupon offers. I feel everyone should be allowed to participate in receiving ARBY's coupons on line or off line, without any personal information qualifications; ie,cell phone number, etc! How does a person who does not have a cell phone or an E-mail address, for that matter, qualify for coupons? It does not appear as a fare and equal deal! I believe most customers may not object to giving you an E-mail address, if they have one, but an cell phone number may be too much to ask! I love the summer salads and I am a faithful customer!
