For the edgewood road location! You should go here! I am a young girl who knows very little about cars and I took my Vehicle in here I had went in to get new tires (which I did I love the new tires I bought the tires on my own decision. My car only had 20,000 miles on it and they wanted to check it out because how the tires wore uneven. I have been educated on car maintenance because of these great guys. They didn't have to take the time to explain to me but they did. Will be telling all my friends, and family about the exceptional service I received as a young female not knowing anything about my vehicle, as my dad used to say I drive it till it breaks. he hasn't said that since visiting my new automotive friends at Five seasons Tire btw when I got home my Father looked over the tires and told me I made the right decision!

Professional staff, friendly and very knowledgeable you don't need to be a Rocket Scientist to know if you run a tire low it will destroy a tire, . Best shop hands down I have heard horror stories of other places, using customers car for food runs, taking vehicles home for the night and every other crazy thing you can think of. For the car owners complaining about quotes for parts Zero tolerance means ZERO tolerance so if there is movement in parts the vehicle can't be aligned, some shops will do it and charge you but I find it comforting knowing that Five Seasons Tire doesn't cut corners. Also side note if the shop doing your work doesn't have a Alignment machine it means you probably shouldn't be using them to fix your vehicle. Shade tree mechanics are just that shade tree mechanics. saying you have a reputable mechanic but they don't align vehicles is ridiculous, you won't know until your tires wear funny that you needed an alignment in the first place. Would you visit a doctor to have bone surgery but not have a X-Ray machine to know if he fixed it......I don't think so

Best service and most knowledgeable staff! I've taken my vehicles here for over 13 years for brakes, oil changes, and tires. I've even called here for advice when my car has made an odd noise or for other general automotive questions. The staff at the Edgewood store has always been extra helpful and courteous! As a woman (and a reasonably intelligent person) who doesn't necessarily know much in the automotive field, I appreciate when someone takes the time to explain details to me that I wouldn't usually notice. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

For the edgewood road location! Do not go here! I am a young girl who doesn't know very much about cars and unfortunately was scammed over $2,000 in car repairs within only one month. I had went in to get new tires (which I did and spent $850 on top of the other repairs) they told me all these other things that needed done before i got them replaced. My car only had 50,000 miles on it and they wanted to re-do a ton of different things on my car. I have sinced been educated on these things and now know all the things that were replaced didn't need to be. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
