I like the prices and the clerks are always nice and helpful. I buy all my genetic groceries at Walmart as the prices are so much better.

On November 6, 2008 I ordered a pair of glasses - customer id 6006432991836326 at your Cedar Park Texas location with a delivery date of November 14, 2008, in the amount of $278.00 paid in full.

I went in to this location today November 14, 2008 and of course the glasses were not there. The only response I received when I asked why they were not there was I don't Know, May arrive on later delivery.

No effort was made to track order, just a blank stare.

I am of the old school that if you promise a date for delivery and you cannot deliver you damn sure need a better reason than maybe on next delivery. I feel sure that the associates in this location or their manager has the means to track their orders. No offer was made to do so.

Needless to say I was very upset when I left the center.

I started to go back and cancel the order and contact my credit card company to disallow the charge and or charge back.

I decided against this as I always honor my commitments more so than your Walmart Vision Center in Cedar Park honors their promised delivery date which did not occur with no explanation except what was mentioned above.

I ordered 2 tires of the cheapest possible because I was only keeping the car for 4 more months but did badly need 2 tires. I asked for a taller tire 75/15 as apposed to 70/15 because it was a little less in price and they were going in the rear anyway. The tech that received the order put the wrong ones on because he matched up the numbers from the previous tire and didn’t go by the sheet. When John the shop manager found out about the error he dealt with the situation immediately and gave me the tires that where on my car at the same rate I was quoted on the taller / cheaper tire. Then he apologized and went right to work on my car himself. He on his own didn’t dispose of the 2 tires; he only disposed of the real bad one and put the other on my full size spare that was in my trunk. It had great tread still so it was a great idea sense I had a flat spare! My brakes were acting up because they needed to be bleed and Jon told me that it’s a simple process and that most brake places would do it for free. He explained the brake bleeding process and when he was done I commented, “That’s all it takes.” Of coarse I meant that’s all because I thought it would cost an arm and a leg to repair but he took it as, hey this guy could use help so he said “I will do it for you real quick if you want!" I couldn’t believe it because they closed at 8 pm and it was way past 8 pm at this point. Most people would just want to go home but Jon the manager of this Wal-Mart shop not only worked fast but also efficiently and very customer service oriented. Jon also went the extra mile to fix my breaks and for what? To make a customer one of the happiest Wal-Mart shoppers ever. I will forever get my tires, oil changes, and shopping done at my Wal-Mart here in Leander Texas. Jon guys like you make a difference and help give Wal-Mart the good name that you have. Thank You!!!!!!11
