I worked there 20 plus years ago and 10 years ago they have always been professional and customer service oriented. Some people have worked there and also been customers for 30 plus years.

A glorified Supercuts

Worst experience ever! The gal who did my hair did a decent job, so no real complaints there. I'm sure most of the girls are fine. The manager and her 'policies' are another thing. I didn't like a color the stylist mixed up and she informed me I would be charged 30$ for her 'mixing ability'. I'm assuming that was what the charge was for considering a tube of Pravana is 7-8$ retail. At that point I had her throw away the second color, resulting in an extra 60$ on my bill. I called the manager to complain who couldn't care less. She said it was my fault for not reading the sign. Not only did she not listen to my complaints, she hung up on me! Shows how much she values her customers. Seriously, save your money. Pay the 12$ at Supercuts, and you'll still get the fabulous sensation of water running down your back on the way home. Go for a stroll in the mall, and into a freezing parking lot for the full effect. I almost pity the manager. Menopause can be hard on a woman, ESPECIALLY a narcissist! I'm a stylist and I would never let my client leave unhappy, or especially with a wet head. I mean, are you kidding me? How much pride do you take in your business? That reflects on the integrity of the stylist, and even more so, the so-called manager. And to the so-called manager, should your highness be reading this and thinking 'I'm not nearly old enough to go through menopause'!, think again. There's such a thing as pre-menopause. I would get that checked into if I were you. Maybe some herbal supplements? Not sure if they make a supplement tailored to narcissistic scam artists, but again, check with your doctor. Honestly with your skill set, I think you'd be more adept working a toll booth on the New Jersey turnpike. But seriously people, save your money. If you're going to spend THAT much, do a little research first by reading reviews. Wink wink ; )
