Extremely displeased with Tillman Physical Therapy. My experience has been nothing but negative.

First off, the whole place is an open room, with beds and chairs spread out around it. This gives the waiting area the opportunity to sit and watch everyone's "private" recovery.

While I was sitting in the waiting area, I heard a man discussing with a therapist how his wife had been coming there for a long time, with no improvement. They wanted to know what the plan was going forward because it was costing them so much money, with no results.

Should have listened to him and walked out then and there.

The service they provided was worthless. The two times I went, the therapists only gave me the most basic information. Both times, it was a different person, with the third appointment scheduled with someone else. I could tell they were a waste of time and cancelled.

Then, 6 months later, I receive a bill saying that I owe them even more money. After multiple phone calls, I was finally able to talk with someone that said all billing questions have to be done through email.

So, after a month of emails, I finally got a message back saying that apparently, they charge $433 per hour for any services. It is absurd.
I should have been paid to deal with them!

As an active adult, I have been through physical therapy a number of times for injury recovery. This place was the most worthless, poorly run group I have ever been to.

HIGHLY recommend avoiding Tillman Physical Therapy and going elsewhere.
