what is the food business coming to?? we went and spent almost 30 dollars at this location, we arrived at home to find that the order was not correct. i called the store and spoke with the manager and he even said he remembered our order and said it was his mistake, he also said he could give me 5 percent off our next visit. 5 percent??? are you serious?? i told him i couldve went right across the street and bought 2 whopper meals for 10 bucks. he said he couldnt give me another order unless i took him the food back. man i just drove 2 1/2 hours from work and im home now. he said that he couldnt give me a remake at a later date. i wont ever give shortstop my money again. this experience and customer service really suks. just saying.

Well let me just say Short stop is exactly how you said it is right..The service is always greatful that you are a customer and very polite,I will always come back even if i don't live in the area any more..The workers are respectful and like they say keep austin weird ..Everyone has their own look and uniqueness lol..But honestly you will love the food and the service give them a try,and if you never knew about them they do have other locations,as well as wednesday specials,and saturdays $3.69 FOR A COMBO AND DON'T FORGET FRIDAY CATFISH YUMMY ..COME JOIN THE FUN AND GREAT FOOD I PROMISE YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE..
