The employees here are nonexistent, and when they do decide to grace you with their presence, they are very very rude. I was buying some boots that I had asked them to hold for me, and I made to grab the box to open it and make sure I had the right size, and the cashier snatched them back saying, "Have you paid for these?" Then, when I actually went to pay for them, they charged me $25 for shoes that were labeled as $20! And said they were mislabeled and it was a mistake. I mean, it might seem like I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill over five bucks, but I've worked in retail and customer service as a low level employee my whole life and so I have a lot of patience and tolerance for retail employees, but this guy sat there and fought with me over a very clearly labeled price; the whole shelf of the same shoes were labeled as such, for each colour. And it wasn't a young employee, it was a much older man with an attitude problem. Like, I've done retail for years, having a bad day is completely understandable, but this guy was just infuriating. Like, I even waited a few hours to cool off before posting this review, but I am still just as angry. As for the other employees, completely ignored me, were out of sight when I was looking for one. I'm not a high maintenance shopper. I rarely require assistance, I'm in and I'm out and I don't expect employees to be there for my every whim, but at 5'1, there comes a time when I simply cannot reach things and do need help. The only employee was also the only girl I saw, and she was sooo personable and helpful and busy. It looked like she was doing the work of three employees while the others loafed around.
