Not impressed. Chronic sick kids and staphylococcus. Wild kids, rowdy and chaotic

This school is amazing!!! My kids have been going here since they were 18 months and they will be graduating from PreK in June of 2014. The love and care and amazing academic nature of this school is out of this world. My twins are four and are extremely well adjusted, happy, and have already begun reading beginner books! As an elementary teacher myself, I wish all my students had gone through this school before entering public school. My husband and I truly found the best preschool in all of Austin.

I enrolled my son last year after researching Pre-schools in the Cedar Park area. I wanted to enroll my son in a school that had an academic based approach to learning instead of play based. After visiting the school and meeting with Leah, the director, my husband and I were happy to send out son to Rising Stars. My son is very shy at first and after touring the school, he did not want to leave. His teachers in the "Caterpillar" class for kids 2-3 yrs old were loving, warm, friendly, everything you would want in a teacher. We were sad to say goodbye to them when moving up to the "Butterflies" class the next year. Both of his teachers in the "Butterfly" class are exceptional. You can just tell that they really love being with, and teaching your children. What a find! They have extra activities after school that are fun and educational. Currently our son attends the music class provided by Kindermusik, and a wonderful yoga class. Our son is always excited to go to school. We are amazed at what he learns everyday. We will be enrolling our daughter next year when she turns 2. I am happy knowing that my child is in such a loving, educational environment when away from home. I could not ask for anything more.

Our son started at Rising Stars when he was 2 1/2 and "graduated" from there this spring. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! His teachers were nurturing and caring - key qualities we looked for - while at the same time imparting great knowledge. We did not want a "playschool" but instead one based on a solid academic plan. Rising Stars exceeded our expectations. In his Pre-K year, our son was reading, couting to over 100, doing basic addition and subtraction, and learning about the world around him. Extra enrichment programs offered were always high quality. Kinder has a high bar to surpass - he is already way ahead of the kinder curriculum. A great school!

Amazing school! My son just "graduated" from Rising Stars this spring. He started at 2 1/2 and we kept going back becasue of the amazing teachers and curriculm. We wanted a school with high academic standards coupled with warm, nuturing staff -- and Rising Stars hit a home run. Rising Stars exceeded our expectations. My 5 year old daughter is about to graduate from Rising Stars Preschool. Rising Stars has been the perfect place for her, and we could not have been happier with the care, attention, and education that she has received for the past three years. Our five year old is quite advanced, and Rising Stars has gone out of their way to keep her working at her own pace and level. Her teachers have always strived to keep her interested and challenged, yet still ensured that she had fun. This is everything that we could have asked for. Rising Stars has a well deserved reputation for hiring excellent teachers and staff. All are college degreed, extremely competent, highly creative, well experienced, and care deeply about all the children at Rising Stars. From the first day, every teacher has known my daughter's name, and she theirs. She considers teachers that she has never had to still be her "friends," and she interacts all of them almost daily.
