If I could give this studio one million stars, I would. I love everything about Ilovekickboxing, especially the motivation it has given me. The staff is not only friendly, but encouraging, the workout is tough, but effective, and the studio itself is clean and set up nicely. After just one class I signed up for a year membership!

I freakin’ LOVE this place despite the fact that I may or may not have had a near-death experience or two on my first day. Everyone was so supportive and kind. Lisa was AMAZING and helped me figure everything out during my first class. This is the hardest workout I have ever done, but also the most rewarding. I was so proud of myself on the second day when I was ridiculously sore, but I was able to do so much more than I could the day before. I also love the group reflection time at the end of class. It feels like a group of friends honestly sharing their experience together. Such a great place to go.

Love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and they're great at providing alternative moves if you have an injury. They're very patient, too! Every time I leave a class, I feel great about myself.

Loving my new daily workout routine! After being out of a regular exercise routine for over 10 years, I finally found something that's fun, challenging and that I know I will stick to because it's no boring! After losing 27 pounds on my own, I hit a plateau for three months. I had cleaned up my eating and was walking 5-6 miles 5-6 times a week. I joined I Love Kickboxing on a special, and could not be happier! I have attended 8 classes in three weeks and am happy to say that going into the program, I was skeptical..now I am a believer! I just put on a bikini for the first time in 20 years! The workout is hard, but the rewards are worth every drop of sweat! Just Do It! The instructors are motivating and the class goes by very quick. You will be pushed to your limits and they are all helpful with modifications if need be. The music is energizing and the members are very supportive.

So far I have loved my entire experience at ilovekickboxing! The trainers are extremely encouraging (and seem to really care about your fitness goals even outside of the class), the facility is always clean and the workout is fantastic! Not to mention the close community you instantly become a part of when you commit! For anyone looking to add some flavor to their fitness routine and/or meet some awesome people who share similar goals, I promise you will love this place!

WORTH EVERY DIME! I just want to start off by saying I am not in good shape, and I weight 280 pounds. It took me almost a year to go to ILKB because I thought I was not in “good enough shape.” I wish I had not put it off that long! Please, don’t let that stop you! I feel like a million bucks and it is SO much fun. I have been going for a little over a month and I can already tell a huge difference in my energy and strength. I still can't believe how good I feel. I have been to many fitness group classes, but this is the ONLY one that feels like a community and is way more than just a place to work out. I also love the Facebook group where we all joke around and post stuff, everyone is so funny and nice. Pros: good music, nice facility/clean, NO SHOES!, floor is completely padded so its so gentle on your body, fun staff and nice members, mixed workout -including good stretches, good location, reasonable prices, feels like more than just a place to work out, feel like a million bucks post work out, plenty of modifications if you have physical limitations/injuries/etc, cool gear and clothes, FREE Ozarka bottled water, they donate money to help children, and nice intro coupons to try it out!

Every day I annoy my co-workers by telling them how much I love the kickboxing classes.
It motivates me each day to think that I have to go to kickboxing class. The instructors push you and at the same time have a good time.
I already am feeling the impact the exercise does to me, not only do I feel more healthy, I feel physically, emotionally, and mentally better.

Please come join us, I don’t want to have this feeling only for myself, I want to spread it with all of Austin!

I am new to kickboxing, but the staff is friendly and the moral of the environment is always exciting. I started just a couple weeks ago and I feel amazing. I have tried so many workout class in the past and I can honestly say that kickboxing is my favorite so far and by far the most challenging. Once you walk out you feel like you received a full body workout. I work in a very stressful environment, so I look forward to hitting some bags after work. The class is motivating and it is for all fitness level. If you are looking for a great workout, good results, and a welcoming environment then you should try it out. I am new to kickboxing but the Staff at the I love kickboxing in round rock are great! They're always around to help if needed. The workout is hard but you always leave feeling stronger than before! I can't wait to go again. My favorite day to go has been Saturday because I can get my workout in and leave feeling great for the rest of my weekend. Great place for beginners and experienced kickboxers! Very clean and comfortable locker area as well.

At I love kickboxing, the instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and full of enthusiasm. You will get a great overall body workout which will include conditioning and opportunity to release stress with plenty of kicking and punching. I l always look forward to attending class!

I absolutely love ILKB. I have tried crossfit and orange theory and other gyms. All of which I have burned out on or dreaded going so much that I had to force myself to go even 2 times a week (which is usually all I could afford because those are so expensive!) Yes ILKB is a flat rate fee but it is UNLIMITED and I love that I pay a cheaper rate than any other gym and I can go as often as I want. This is literally the first gym I have ever voluntarily WANTED to work out every day, and I almost always do! Sometimes 2 classes in a row. It is a great workout, I'm dripping sweat and seeing results quickly. The staff is so positive and the community is very positive and uplifting. I would recommend ILKB to anyone who is wanting to try something new and it's a great stress reliever!

I signed up for the 3 day trail period and loved it so much I signed up for a year just after the first class. Great positive attitudes combined with intense workout. You don't even realize you are tired until the hour is up. The instructors push you to do your best every class and never shame you. They are there to encourage you and to push you to do better than your last class. Just the attitude that everyone has there makes you know you can push through until the end with a smile on your face. It's hard to get up in the morning sometimes but I've never regretted going to a single class. I leave with energy and feel better about myself.
