great experience! I'd come here again. Friendly and competent from start to finish! Brought in several garments for alteration and they were measured well and sewed perfectly. Highly recommend!

Horrible service and terrible ownership. They ruined one of the pricey shirts I dropped off, ripped holes all over the back of the sleeve and did not even apologize. After I asked for some reimbursement the owner took all my clothes and demanded that I pay him in full and in cash. I was pretty shocked. If you are looking for good dry cleaners please do not use Deluxe Cleaners, it is a terrible place.

As a person/customer I am looking for three things in a business product, customer service, and do they care. Deluxe cleaners is truly a deluxe business.

This people are amazing love them,front desk lady she's amazing very nice girl always smiling (: ..

Even after all of this, I still say the staff is/was friendly. Have been going since 3-09. Never an issue I noticed till recently.

Purchased new mens dress shirts at Dillards 2 months ago and had laundered them only at Deluxe cleaners. Noticed 4 straight rips on back of both arms of one shirt. Two rips have been sewed without our notice, the other 2 not. Brought it to the attention of gentleman that works mornings. He may be the owner. Explained that shirts had only been washed at his establishment. I also told him I never sewed the rips and had not noticed they were there right away. Someone tried to pass it off by sewing them. I was told that it was the "quality of the shirt was the problem". "Take it back to Dillards." I was also told "they do not do alterations on that site". "They do not have a needle and thread on premises". Ok, no alterations on the site, sure, but no needle and thread on site...I find that hard to believe.

Very sad because you would think after a year of going there without any complaints from me, we could have met a compromise on this issue. I felt that if someone sewed it, they had taken responsibility that it was their fault. However, the customers money is more important in this case. I found this to be insulting that I was basically called a liar. I guess I will be finding another place to take our drycleaning.
