Worst customer service of any place I have ever visited. Went in looking to purchase jewelry. Asked if they could tell me my ring size. Was told that they would have to charge me. Never said how much, but it didn't matter. That isn't something you charge for. Shoe stores don't charge to try on shoes or measure feet. Auto dealers don't charge you to test drive their vehicles! After I tweeted to the store that I felt it was not good to charge for this the owner attacked me on twitter. Several tweets about how I must not know how to run a business and she had to pay for the training and equipment required to tell my size, so HAS to charge me for that information. Said if I want her to tell me my ring size for free then. Should wash her windows for free. Will never go here again. Will tell everyone I know of my experience.
