As the previous person said, DO NOT I repeat DO Not deal with this Ins company. I have had insurance with them before and haven't had a problem, but apparently they have gone down hill since then. I called on March 19 2014 at 4:32pm to get a quote for an SR-22 for my son. They took my name and number and said someone would call me back. Well no one called. I then called back on the 20th at 2:48pm.. Again I was told someone would be sure to call me back. again no call. I should have known then, but because I just thought they were busy. I called back again and finally talked to someone. She was very nice and helpful and gave me a quote of $125 down and $88 month. I thanked her and told her my son would come in in a day or two. Needless to say he went in today, they had no record of my call or record of the quote they gave me. Then they gave him a quote of $248. communicating between him at the office and me on the phone with someone, I was told a supervisor would call me right back. Of course no call Back. So find another Insurance company to deal with that is reliable.

If I told my friend about this place, I'd say "DON'T GO THERE!" I called requested a quote on SR22 filing on a non-owners policy. I talked to Nancy and I was quoted $29.00 a month and $60.00 today to get it started. Before I got there, Nancy called me back and told me it would be $40.00 a month opposed to $29.00. I could live with that to. However, when I got there ( and I'm talking within the hour that I got the original quote, it was up to $137.00 today to get it started and $50.00 a month, per Valerie. I asked how they went from $60.00 a month to $137.00. Valerie told me that they didn't add in their processing fee for the liability insurance ($30.00) nor the processing fee for the SR-22 filing ($20.00). I said well that still doesn't add up to $137.00. She then refigured it and said it was $111.00 with a monthly payment of $50.00 a month. I'm still not sure where she got the $111.00 from, but oh well. Then a few minutes later as I'm sitting there, she said it was going to be $53.00 a month. I finally said, forget it. If the rates are going up this fast while I'm sitting here, I can only image what my first bill will actually be!!!!! For the love of God!!!
