Just tried calling three times, first time on my cell and just figured it was bad reception. Tried twice more on my land line and their voicemail proceeded to hang up on me twice. I'll be trying someplace else.

I was walking in to the DMV behind a man wearing a Strong & Sons jacket and work clothes, I don't know if he was an employee or one of the family. I was going to ask him about their services until he let each of the two doors shut right in my face. I am not old but am 61 and the way I see it if someone representing their business is that inconsiderate I sure won't call them. If you can't be courteous in such a simple way how would he be on the job?

i would never recomend this company to my worst enemy they are very disrespectful my father past away a few days before i came in contact with the owner they were blocking the cudelsac and i asked them to move and he was vulgar and disrespectful we were trying to plan a funeral and he was confrontational actually look like a drunk and a druggie read the reviews before mine and it says it all. i had to call the sheriff before they took action if your looking for a tree guy he would be the last one i would call.

We did not use this service to cut a tree down for us but our neighbor did. When they left the first day they had bark chips in there truck and when the turned the corner they dumped a good amount of bark chips onto the city street in front of our driveway. They came back the next day to finish up at the neighbors house and then they obviously saw the bark chips they dumped but did not clean them up. We spent a good hour cleaning there mess up. I guess they don't care about any extra work all they care about is getting paid. They really must be lazy because if they were not lazy the would of cleaned up there mess instead of us cleaning it up for them. Would never use them ever!

Sean gave me a quote to have a tree removed last week. He showed up to do the work while I was away, and when I returned the job was completed. Everything was done, all debris was removed, and the area was cleaned and raked as if there was never a tree there to start with. I am more than pleased with the work that was done, at a fair price, and with no hassles. I will highly recommend his company to other people.

When Mr. Strong came for our estimate everything seemed great. He came a few days later to do the job. There were two things that were on the estimate that they never did. #1 They were supposed to cut our tree peices into managable peices. He knew that it was going to be two women doing this job and he left the tree peices in about 6-8 foot sections. When I called him to come and cut these smaller this first he tells me that he had no problem lifting them and I told him that he wasn't the one doing the job.The second that he says to me is to ask my husband and I told him that it was not my husbands project, it was mine. #2 They were supposed to rake over the dirt and chips. They left them in clumps and piles for us to rake out. Like I said before, Mr. Strong is a very smooth talker and is very good at making you think that you are going to get everything that you ask for, but you don't.
