Aaron was fantastic....very informative and professional. Phenomenal experience from start to finish and tracking app. allowed us to see where he was while arriving for appointment.

Late at night, I had an issue with my furnace. I placed a call to Illiana Heating and Cooling. I received a call back promptly from Kevin P. (Service Technician) who understood my problem, offered options and was extremely helpful.

A call back from Mary V. early next morning. She promptly scheduled a service call as I decided on when I spoke with Kevin the previous night. Kevin P. arrived on time, understood the issue and quickly explained the problem and addressed the issue and left the area perfectly clean. What a pleasure to do business with Illiana, especially Kevin P. He is a tremendous asset to the company.

love these guys, very professional, very happy, a pleasure to do business with. All the techs were easy to talk too, they have installed a new air conditioning system and new boiler and hot water system. All 3 Kevin's that I dealt with were excellent. Also I would like to thank Dan for his help. Illiana will always be my heating and air conditioning guys. Thanks for a job well done.

They came over and took my money, did not even bother to clean, check my filter, troubleshoot the furnace or even check the thermostat. All the tech said " this is a cheap and bad set up". The issue got fixed by me putting a cheap blue fiber glass filter, keep the door open in my kitchen for proper airflow. The temperature at my house stays now at 74 degrees just like I wanted. The tech wanted me to install the whole unit new. I am glad I did not listen,

Technician Gary was very knowledgable and patient in his explanation of the procedure in which he was performing . He did a great job and I felt very comfortable with the work and he is highly recommended.

The tech was knowledgable about what to check and had the test equipment that proved everything was OK. He also helped with advice what to check for the average home owner about problems and how to prevent future problems.
